Domains#

To view the domain overview, select Mail2SMS → Prehľad domén in the top navigation bar. In this section, you can add and manage individual domains from which sending SMS messages will be allowed.

Adding Domains#

  1. Open the domain creation form in Mail2SMS → Pridať doménu, or by clicking the Pridať doménu button in the domain overview.
  2. In the form that appears, fill in the required information:
    • Názov domény - Enter your domain name in this text field, e.g., mycompany.com
    • Limit SMS - Monthly message limit for the entire domain. A value of 0 means unlimited messages.
    • Rozdelenie správy - Maximum number of messages into which the text can be split.
    • Catch-All - The Catch-All toggle is used to enable the Catch-All feature for the domain.
    • Remove Diacritics - Setting this toggle to YES removes diacritics from the text and the message will be sent using the character set GSM-7. If the toggle is set to NO, the character set detection is performed automatically.
    • Voliteľné nastavenia:
      • Text pred správou: Text, ktorý sa pridá pred každú správu.
      • Text za správou: Text, ktorý sa pridá za každú správu.

Catch-All Function#

The Catch-All function is intended for automatic creation of email accounts from which SMS messages can be sent. It is useful if your domain has a large number of mailboxes and you do not want to add them to the system manually. This means that when the function is enabled, anyone with an email address on the given domain can send messages. After some time, you can disable the Catch-All function and add new email accounts manually. All automatically created email accounts will inherit the parameters configured at the domain level. When the Catch-All function is disabled, only the parameters that are not set at the email account level will be applied from the domain. In addition to the Catch-All function, you can also configure an SMS limit, message splitting into multiple parts, diacritics removal, and predefined text before and after each sent SMS at the domain level.

Warning

It is not recommended to keep the Catch-All function enabled for a long period of time.
