Email Accounts

To view the overview of email accounts, select Mail2SMS → Prehľad emailových účtov in the top navigation bar. In this section, you can add and manage individual email accounts. SMS communication will only be allowed from the email accounts entered here, unless the Catch-All function is enabled for the domain. Email accounts are created individually here. This option is suitable for smaller companies or individual users. For each email account, you can configure message splitting into up to 3 SMS messages if the message exceeds the allowed length, and there is also an option to remove diacritics from the SMS text. In addition, you can predefine text to be added before and after each sent SMS. The maximum message length is 459 characters without diacritics or 201 characters with diacritics.

Adding Individual Email Accounts

1. Open the email account creation form in Mail2SMS → Pridať email, or by clicking the Pridať emailový účet button in the email account overview.
2. In the form that appears, fill in the required information:
   • Emailová adresa - Enter the email address you will use for the Mail2SMS service in this text field.
   • Limit SMS - Monthly limit for the specific email account. A value of 0 means unlimited messages.
   • Rozdeliť správu maximálne na - Maximum number of messages into which the text can be split.
   • Remove Diacritics - Setting this toggle to YES removes diacritics from the text and the message will be sent using the character set GSM-7. If the toggle is set to NO, the character set detection is performed automatically.
   • Voliteľné nastavenia:
     • Text pred správou: Text, ktorý sa pridá pred každú správu.
     • Text za správou: Text, ktorý sa pridá za každú správu.
