Web Application#

The OmniChannel web application is a simple and intuitive tool designed for managing and sending messages (SMS, RCS) without the need for technical integration. It serves as the primary user interface for customers who prefer manual interaction with the service through a web browser.

The goal of the web application is to provide users with fast and convenient access to all key service features, including:

  • sending messages to individual or bulk recipients,
  • managing contacts and cadence groups,
  • scheduling message delivery,
  • tracking message history and delivery status,
  • managing user accounts,
  • generating and managing API keys.
